  • Client Seminars – HCMS conducts periodic workshop-like seminars for our clients which address new developments in Workers’ Compensation laws and regulations, provide advice on claims reporting procedures and practices and share other clients’ experiences which might be applicable to everyone.
  • Personnel Training – HCMS provides staff training seminars to keep our employees on the cutting edge of case management. The success of our training program is evidenced by our superior staffing which correlated to HCMS’s consistently high scores on independent audits. HCMS also maintains a full-time Claims supervisor on staff who continually conducts random in-house audits of our claims.
